中国金融技术人才悄悄吃香

尽管中国股市近两周大跌，但去年下半年以来的总体涨势仍然让人振奋，许多中国的银行和券商也纷纷借机扩大了交易及证券服务团队，但前台获得的新业务总需要有后台技术人员来处理，这就造成各金融机构对技术人才的需求也跟着大增。在线索取2015年11月FRM考纲解析》》

“由于前台员工的增加，银行需要更多的技术人员来支持前台带进来的业务，”招聘公司Selby Jennings驻香港的技术部门负责人Kavi Kumar表示，“这些业务一般跟中国有关，对我们的申请人还挺有吸引力的”。

Kumar还指出，现在各类金融机构对金融技术人才的需求都在增加，从对冲基金到投行，再到零售银行，已经初步形成了“抢人”态势。而且，与国际投行把大约75%的巨额技术预算投入到维护上不同，中国的银行正在试图搭建自己的交易平台。

猎头公司凡尔康管理咨询有限公司驻上海的合伙人何坚清证实说：“他们需要跟国外接轨，做一些高频交易，除了在股票市场之外，也会包括诸如外汇或利率这样的市场，所以特别需要能开发交易系统的人。”

目前的情况是，不少银行和券商几乎都在从零开始搭建这样的创新平台，所以他们经常倾向于招聘整个技术团队。“这种团队大约规模在10人左右，”何坚清透露，“他们会从外面找一半，然后从内部其它团队调一半过来”。

传统上，由于中国成本较低，技术人才供应丰富，被国际大银行视为后台运营部门理想的外包地点。但这个趋势现在开始有所改变。国际投行过去几年在亚太区业务不景气，受此影响，各大银行一直在亚太区裁员，但中国的银行和券商却在逆势而上，力争从国际大行手里抢夺更多的市场份额。与国际投行不同，中国公司更倾向于把后台运营留在国内，而不是外包出去，至少现在是这样。“这是他们的核心技术，我觉得他们不太愿意把这一块外包出去，”何坚清说，“他们基本会[把后台运营]放在上海、深圳、北京这样的城市。”

与此同时，银行和金融机构在技术人才招聘上还面临来自中国互联网公司的竞争，比如阿里巴巴和腾讯。银行本来给技术人员的待遇算是不错，但互联网公司现在已急速赶了上来。

2014年底，网上流行一份互联网公司主要职位薪酬标准报告，该报告显示，大多数职位的月薪在1.5万至3万人民币(2400至4800美元)之间，这基本已与大部分银行的多数工作持平，但互联网公司还有股票期权机制，能让年轻人在短短几年之内成为百万富翁。

一位国际大银行中国区负责技术部门的高级人力资源经理表示：“互联网公司现在在中国发展得很迅猛，我们直接面临与他们的竞争，这导致合适的人才越来越难找。”他拒绝透露自己的姓名及银行的名字。

除了互联网巨头之外，类似埃森哲这样的大型外包公司也会来分一杯羹。他们在全世界与各大银行打了很多年交道，经验很丰富，也能吸引到不少金融技术人才加盟。Selby Jennings的Kumar就指出：“现在外包公司之间的竞争也很激烈。”

account 账户、报表

对货币性业务的一种有结构的记录，并保持为会计系统的一个部分。它可以

是一种简单的清单，也可以是按借贷对应方式反映的分录；可以是可视的形式，

也可以是诸如磁带或磁盘等电脑处理的形式。

cssh account 现金账户

现金、支票或其他货币转移手段的收入和支付的一种记录。同其他账户一样，

它可以是可视的，也可以是非可视的。所以，术语cash book 常用来表述可视帐

薄形式的现金账户，而cash ledger 则作为电脑记录保持的现金账户。
